Anti-Defamation League Declares Pepe the Frog a Hate Symbol

This was actually found on the ADL's website. I have no idea why they even posted this. I mean, it's not like I can't tell for myself that a Pepe in a Nazi uniform is a symbol of hate vs just a green frog. Could you guys go back to educating people about actual hate groups, please? Good grief.

Yeah if someone like, photoshopped Mickey Mouse in a Hitler outfit then that particular image would be offensive, but it doesn't make all Mickey Mouses offensive.I'm sure somewhere out there is an image of Mickey Mouse in a Klan outfit. Does that make Mickey and the gang a symbol of racism? No... That's what makes this thing so absurd. That doesn't make sense. Dat Boi was practically the messiah of memes. It came out of nowhere, with no relation to anything, except maybe a distant and tenuous relation to the short lived "we dem boyz" meme. It disappeared as quickly and suddenly as it came on.

Lets have a moment of silence for all those who perished in the meme wars. Who got gassed with that nasty cheeto dust that fills your lungs and drowned in the napalm of Mt.Dew. And suffered in the trenches reposting gamergate memes. The Pepe will lose some value, but it's already lost most of its value since it became mainstream. I would recommend to start using new memes with quickly rising value instead of the mainstream ones, which are unstable and their value tends to drop suddenly. That's what they said about rage comics. Look how the turned out. Completely taken over by reaction pics. Only troll face shows some life in middle school classrooms.

Me and my co-workers take memes super serious, as a joke. So the other day I found out one of my co-workers hadn't heard about Pepe before, and so they asked me to fill then in. So I go through it all, talking about its origin, it's r9k days and the concept of rare Pepe's, the great crash of the rare Pepe market, and its adoption into pol and being labeled as a hate status. My manager, who is a part of the memes are serious joke, just stared at me and said "Holy shit, why.... Are you some kind of meme historian?"

Portable Generator Gas-free Operated with Power Inverter Outputs

I purchased this generator to go with my ALLPOWERS 60W Foldable Sunpower Solar Panel Charger with iSolar™ Technology for Laptop, Tablet, ipad, ipod, Smartphone, iphone, Samsung, Blackberry, Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo Notebooks, Laptops and More. Ever since I started CPAP treatment 15 years ago, I felt attached to an electric outlet. Now, I am finally free again to take my family camping and explore the wilderness. Last night's test drew down the Suaoki's power by about 100 Watt Hours. Put the solar panel out today, and the Suaoki was back up to full power in about 3 hours. I could get even better performance if my CPAP had a DC Inverter. But, as it I am extremely happy. I have 2 Suaoki's which gives me 4 nights no power, and with Solar I am confident I can spend quite a long time camping for only 15 pounds of portage!

We were having a outdoor memorial for my in-laws and wanted to show a slideshow on a big screen TV that we brought out. The 5 minute played well on the 40" flat panel and I wanted to test the capability of this battery. I own a StudioPro 600 LED light panel and want to be able to use it for outdoor photography. I plugged into the AC adapter and cranked both dials to max on this light panel and started my watch. 4 hours later the lights cut off. Wow! I'm really going to get a lot of use out of this battery.

Can't beat the price for a pre-packaged 220 watt hour lithium battery with sine wave inverter. However, it has many technical quirks that they leave out of the description. Any reference to 'solar' input below is based off the combined use of the Suaoki 60W Portable Sunpower Folding Solar Panel.

- Inverter and USB ports cannot be run off solar input. Only the DC outputs function. This was very disappointing for my desired use case.
- The LED charge indicator lights do very odd things while on solar input. (Sometimes they marquee indicating charging, sometimes they all light up and stay solid even though the battery is not fully charged, sometimes the marquee seems to indicate the level of energy coming from solar input but I am not 100% sure that is a real feature. At least the unit seems to charge regardless of the behavior of the LED lights.

- (The DC outputs are always live regardless of power switch state and DC charge/discharge) There is a single power switch for the AC inverter and USB ports. This means you are always energizing the inverter when using the USB ports. I was unable to get an answer as to how much energy loss this represents but I would think it's in the neighborhood of 4-5watts. Unfortunately, this burns stored energy needlessly when not using the inverter output. (since I was unable to get a technical response from Suaoki there may be an auto on/off mechanism for the inverter that is not advertised. Since I didn't receive an answer I will have to assume it wastes energy)

Development Of On Grid Solar Power Generation Technology

Photovoltaic power generation system can be divided into photovoltaic power generation system and photovoltaic grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system, which, communications and industrial applications are: microwave relay station, fiber optic cable communication systems, wireless paging stations, satellite communications and satellite television reception system, rural program-controlled telephone system , Military communications systems, railway and highway signaling systems, lighthouses and beacon lights, meteorological and seismic stations, hydrographic observation systems, water gate cathodic protection and oil pipeline cathodic protection.

In rural areas and remote areas are mainly used: independent photovoltaic power plants (village power supply system), small wind and solar power systems, solar energy user systems, solar lighting, solar water pumps, rural communities (schools, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, shops, etc.

For PV grid-connected power generation system, it is mainly used in PV grid-connected power generation system and large-scale desert PV power station combined with city and building. Such applications have become the mainstream of the PV power market, accounting for more than 80% of the world PV market. Figure 5 shows the world grid-connected and off-grid PV power market distribution.

PV grid-connected power generation system can be divided into distribution network low-voltage network photovoltaic power generation system and transmission-side grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system according to grid access points.

Solar Energy and Photovoltaic Industry

Solar energy is not only the continuous internal solar fusion reaction process of energy generated. The average solar radiation intensity in the Earth's orbit is 13671 ^ 1/1 ^. Earth's equatorial perimeter of 400001 ^, which can be calculated, the Earth's energy 4 reached 1730001 ^. The standard peak intensity at sea level is the average annual radiation intensity of a point 2411 on the Earth's surface 0,201 ^^! . 2, the equivalent of 1020001 ^ energy, human dependence on these energies to survive. The sun is a huge, long, endless energy. Although the solar radiation to the earth's atmosphere is only the total energy of its radiation (about 3.75 of 22 billion, but up to 1730001 ^, that is, the sun per second to the earth's sting is equivalent to 500 million The energy, energy and energy of the ocean and the tidal energy of the ocean are derived from the sun. Even fossil fuels (such as coal, oil, natural gas, etc.) on the earth fundamentally Said, is also stored since ancient times, solar energy, so the broad range of solar energy included is very large, narrow sense of solar energy is limited to solar radiation energy of light and heat, photovoltaic and photochemical direct conversion.

Solar photovoltaic power generation is an important form of solar energy utilization is the use of solar cells to convert light energy into electricity power generation, and with the continuous progress of technology, photovoltaic power generation is likely to be one of the most promising power generation technology. The basic principle of solar cells for the photovoltaic effect of the semiconductor, that is, under the sunlight to produce light voltage phenomenon. In 1954 the United States Bell Labs first invented the basic structure of the practical value of crystalline silicon solar cells, solar cells from the first in space technology has been widely used, and now gradually began to be applied in the ground.

Fossil energy, nuclear energy, wind energy and biomass power generation technology compared to photovoltaic power generation has - series of unique advantages, can be summarized as follows:

There are no intermediate processes (such as thermal energy - mechanical energy, mechanical energy - electromagnetic energy conversion, etc.) and mechanical movement, and the power generation form is extremely simple. The principle of power generation is advanced: direct conversion from photon to electron. Therefore, from the theoretical analysis, can be very high power generation efficiency, up to 80% or more. Due to the limitations of materials and processes, single-cell single-crystal silicon cells have been close to 25% the most efficient; and more than 40% of the compound semiconductor cells in multiple junctions. From the principles of computing and technology development potential, through 10 to 20 years of efforts, solar cell conversion efficiency of 30% to 50% can be achieved.

Solar energy resources of the infinite and distribution characteristics: solar radiation inexhaustible, renewable and clean environmental protection; sun shines the earth, everywhere, without transport, the most important thing is that no country to implement monopoly and control may.

No shortage of resources and depletion of the problem: the use of the main reserves of silicon material rich in oxygen for the crust than the second element of the arrangement, as much as 26%.

Photovoltaic power generation and the relationship between nature: no combustion process, do not emit greenhouse gases and other waste gas, do not discharge waste water, environment-friendly, so that the real green power.

No mechanical rotating parts: no mechanical wear, no noise.

Construction and Disassembly Features: Modular construction Easy to install, disassemble, scale, and easily expand capacity at any time.

Use performance and life issues: After decades of proven practice: photovoltaic power generation performance is stable, reliable, long service life of more than 30 years

Maintenance and management issues: can be unattended, low maintenance costs.

Wholesale CPAP Battery Standard Kit

Perfect for tent camping from a motorcycle. This small battery powers my CPAP for 2 nights. I then drop it, along with the inverter, in my saddlebag on my motorcycle. Then connect with cigarette lighter 12V plug to my battery tender connector and charge from my motorcycle battery while riding during the day. When i stop for the evening to pitch my tent the battery is charged and ready to go. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Will use for a 7 day trip to Sturgis in a couple months.

I am beyond pleased with this purchase. I bought this to power my CPAP machine during a camping trip. The quality of the carrying case, the size and light weight of the battery, the variety of pieces that are included, the thoroughness of instructions (good photos make things clear!) all confirm for me that my ridiculous amount of time I spent researching paid off. I use a Phillips Respironics Remstar Pro C+ at the 15.0 setting. The battery lasts for two nights with some juice remaining (the battery charge indicator is excellent-- indicates the rough % charge via the number of red dots that are lit). The battery recharges fully in about 3 hours. The battery can be recharged inside its case-- great design! Leave yourself enough time for a delivery span of 4-6 days. I'm used to buying stuff with Amazon Prime, which doesn't cover this, and you'll want to try it out before you have to use it.

I bought it for a trip to Africa. So far, I used it for two nights. I am really happy that I bought this battery pack. Very easy to connect the BP for charging and for connection to my CPAP. I was able to use my CPAP for 12 hours the first night with this Battery Pack. I charged it for a couple of hours, then I used it for 9 hours the second night. I have only one battery.

I just returned from my first camping trip with the C-100 and I am delighted. I use a Respironics 560 APAP set at 5 to 15 and had been told by customer service rep at Respironics that the Respironics battery pack (slightly more expensive) would probably only give me about 5 hours service. This battery gave me 19 hours at 9000 foot elevation before needing a charge. I'm no longer tied to motels! The apparent quality of all parts including the case is impressive and the pack includes a huge variety of connectors appropriate for various machines. Very important to me since most batteries I've researched aren't compatible with my 560.

Our Algebra Book Is Dedicated To A Horse

I'm now feeling super guilty that I didn't include my cat in my thesis dedication, seeing as she sat right next to me throughout the entire duration of the writing of that seemingly insurmountable thing. Crying jags, breakdowns, all of it, she was there. It didn't match the rythm of the poem at all, but I saw the rhyme and had to go with it. Maybe if someone raps it really fast they won't notice.

He could have started writing the book whilst the horse was alive. I've always found my best algebraic inspiration whilst I rode my horse into the sunset. My differential equations professor who studies Einsteinian physics and advised for ligo owns a goat farm. Sometimes instead of teaching us he would talk about how one of his goats turned bad and would Rape all the female goats so hard that their backs would break. He came into class really sad one day and said he had to shoot the rapist goat and even though the goat deserved it he felt sad.
We used that book in my trig class and my teacher was teaching us about SoHCaHToA. he said you can remember it by "Some old Hippie Caught another Hippie Tripping on Acid". Then he said "and if you've seen a picture of our textbook's author, he looks like a damn hippie tripping on acid"I always thought "Sohcahtoa" arranged that way and pronounced was the mnemonic. I can't imagine why you'd want another mnemomic to remember a mnemonic. I'm sure it worked for someone, I guess.

For real. I realize people get a little freaky about their horses, but this is a genuinely sweet dude who loved his horse. Either that or he was fuckin the horse. It really is nice, my bunzi had to be put down a couple days ago . I had her for 9 years. But they are never really gone as long as we remember, just look at Jerid! Spreading joy and laughter even after his death.Agreed! I love animals, have tons of pets including horses, and you wouldn't believe the amount of bestiality jokes I get. It's infuriating. Until you've owned a horse yourself you'll never understand the level of bond there is there - WITHOUT involving bestiality. Also, when you're with them you're 100% with them. You can watch TV with a cat or a dog, but if you have a horse you're generally spending a lot of time just focused on them. And you can train them to do all sorts of cool stuff so it's fun to talk to other horse people about what all your horse knows how to do.

Portable Emergency Solar Hand Crank Power Generator

This is a dandy little radio. I bought it for when there are power outages or the cable goes off because when those things happen, you don't know what's going on in the world. I really haven't used it yet but I get it out every few weeks and play it and crank it to make sure it stays in top shape. It always works fine. The AM/FM radio works as does the weather radio and the flashlight is very bright. I haven't solar-charged it yet or charged my phone, but to me, those are just extra benefits because I got it for the hand crank radio. I have since bought two more of these radios for friends and will probably be getting more for other friends. Everyone needs to know what's going on in a blackout, and I think this radio is a must have. I love it.

I bought this multi-purpose gadget for use in camping. It can be a pain tracking down batteries right before a trip, or even worse, getting to a campsite and realizing your batteries are dead. With this gadget, batteries are no longer an issue. I like the fact that you can charge it up via the hand crank, the solar panel, or the micro USB port.
It does bear mentioning that this should not be considered as an adequate backup battery for a cell phone or tablet on its own. The internal battery has a capacity of 350 mAH and the solar panel is fairly small. So unless you want to continuously crank the dynamo for a couple of hours (here's a hint, you don't), you should only use it to keep your phone going in case of an emergency. I primarily wanted it for the flashlight function, which works great. Cranking the dynamo for about a minute will give you 20+ minutes of light, or about 5-10 minutes of radio listening. The speaker isn't fancy or have a huge range, but it works quite well for what it is.

Very handy to have on hand! It's much tinier than I had expected, but it does not take away from the efficiency. While we have not yet used it under extenuating circumstances, we did play with it a bit and it worked perfectly. Took us a while to figure out how to charge the iPhones. I would not depend on this to fully charge a phone, but rather to make emergency phone calls, etc. All in all, we are pleased with this and are glad to have it for emergencies.

I got this for my bug out bag and for camping. Bought the item on amazon prime day. The radio played right out of the box and had a nice sound. The flashlight on this is very bright. Has a port on the radio to plug your cell phone into to charge the phone. Has a USB port for a tablet or laptop to charge. The handle crank on radio is easy to turn and a durable handle. You can sit the radio in the sun and charge it that way. Solar powered but is not a fast charge but charges, non the less. Has a fairly decent sized antenna, that is extendable. This is a very good deal. Highly recommend purchasing one of these.

Best Portable Solar Power Generator for Camping With Hand Crank Self Powered

I found this radio to do everything that it was described as doing. The three ways of charging, ie: crank, solar, and batteries, are great features. All performed as expected. I really like the crank feature, as I camp quite often and find that batteries can fail, and sunlight is not always readily available. The size is perfect for backpacks. I hooked mine onto my pack while hiking and could clearly hear the music playing. I am completely pleased with my purchase of this item.

This is a small radio, probably a bit larger than your average Smartphone but it does have everything on it, with it that is advertised. It can be cranked for power, gain it from the sun or from your USB. It has a tuning knob that turns instead of pre-set stations. Overall, I like it. it seems durable to do the job for radio, flashlight and recharging a phone, but how long it will last is anyone's guess. The price was reasonable. Overall, a great purchase I look forward to using.
I was I impressed Right out of the box, it came with any and all attachments you need to charge it. I was again impressed when I sat it in a window sill on a overcast day and it started charging. Not your cheep charging panel. Gave it a full charge and tested the radio. Works great and while the speaker is not real loud it is very clear. I waited for night and checked out thr light. Not bad and all you need to get buy. Keeping in mind that this is a back up if all else fails. I must say that I am impressed with what I got for the money I spent and am buying a mother one.

The build quality and function is better than I expected. The light is bright. It is easy to crank and the radio works great. I like that there are 3 ways to charge this up. I did not try to charge my phone because i do not have the right connector. I was able to use the USB to charge this from my computer and also used it at night with the hand crank that folds away nicely. The crank mechanism feels more solid than I expected and the unit has a nice texture and feels good in my hand. I would recommend this product to family and friends and this seller was also very quick and in my opinion the item is better than described. This will be a very handy addition to my emergency kit.

Emergency Solar Hand Portable Generator

My favorite thing about this emergency radio is that it has 3 different ways to charge it: cables, solar, and hand-crank. I tried all three ways, and they all work well, but my favorite is using the hand-crank. It's not difficult to crank it, it doesn't take long to charge, and when you're finished, the crank tucks into the back of the device. The strip on the top allows the device to be charged by placing it in sunlight. Solar charging seems to take a while, but I think it's awesome that I have that option. I've even noticed the light on, when it's in indirect sunlight. When the device is charging, a little red light comes on. I love that there's no need for batteries, since the thought of running out, during an emergency, makes me nervous.

Wow this unit was better by far than what I expected. I would say this unit was worth two or three times what they charge for it. We got really excited as we look them over and tested them and saw what they could do and we're just amazed that this package is small as it is could do so much. The light was bright and carried a long ways. The weather stations, and I say stations because it picked up more than one, came in as clear as a bell. The regular radio was clear and crisp. We cranked each one for just a few seconds and everything worked perfectly.
After retiring as a middle east correspondent, and watching events unfold in Syria and other hot spots I am beginning to see that proper preparation for man made emergencies is a wise idea. I live about twenty five miles from a first strike nuclear target, and have my camper trailer ready to move with just a few hours notice. This radio is a great addition to communications when no standard power is available. I live in a rural mountainous area close to the West Virginia border, and it is difficult to get a number of AM or FM radio stations. This little radio was able to receive a number of stations I could not even access on my car radio system. I left it outside in the sun for an afternoon and when I brought it in it showed a full charge. The crank back up is light to use. I have seen a similar radio a few days ago at Walmart for twenty dollars more. I hope the only time I need it is with a power loss due to an ice storm or other weather event. But sadly I fear it might also be needed in a man made disaster. Let's hope not.

Great little device. I haven't tried charging anything yet but I've tested the flashlight and radio functionalities, and I'm very impressed. With 20 or so cranks (and the crank goes either way) the flashlight was already bright enough to help find my way easily in a dark room. And then after testing the flashlight for a minute or so, the battery still had enough juice to tune through radio stations for a couple minutes. I have no doubt that with a solid 2 minutes or so of cranking, the radio would last 15+ minutes. Get a few of these, give them to your loved ones, and stash a couple for yourself. Everyone should have portable shortwave radios, and these are a fantastic value in my opinion.

France Bans Plastic Cups And Plates

My apartment neighbors(who were told any furniture left near the dumpster will not be picked up by the garbage men) proved that to me this week by somehow cutting a section of it off and jamming it all into the dumpster.I knew a guy that got rid of a VW Karmann Ghia one piece at a time through the trash. I don't know the full backstory but it took about a year to do it.It steel, just tell the local homeless population that you dont need this car intact any longer and park it somewhere secluded. It be gone in one day.

In my experience, you'll get around $140 if you drop off a car at the scrap yard (Pick and Pull), assuming it isn't ancient, or they decide not to accept it for some other reason. If it isn't running, they'll pick it up for you, but charge a towing cost out of your payout.Yup, scrapped my 2002 mustang convertible this year for $300. Had ~130k miles on it, and had JUST enough superficial damage to make it not street legal (got side-swiped by an 18-wheeler, he just kept going). Hence why it had to be taken care of.

When I moved out of my last apartment my wife and I couldn't get the couch out the front door. So, naturally, I cut it into pieces in my living room with an electric chainsaw. Found several pens and pencils hidden inside. It was an experience I can only describe as "oddly cathartic".Our solution? Throwing it outside the balcony into the bed of a truck. We did not anticipate the couch would bounce back into the neighbor's sliding glass doors below us.

Until a few weeks ago I lived outside of the city limits of a medium sized city in Mississippi (southern United States for those not aware). I had an old recliner I needed to get rid of that has been ruined by decades of use and the claws of two cats. I tried giving it away, but when that failed I tried to throw it out. The local waste management wouldn't take an item that large, and informed me I had to take it directly to the land fill. Well, the local landfill charged a $75 dollar fee regardless of the amount of waste you needed to haul in, and honestly I wasn't paying that much to get rid of the chair. So I unbolted all the metal frames from it and set my sawzall to the thing and cut it into small hunks.

I've done this before. Took a chainsaw to a couch after I used a knife to remove all the cloth to the best of my ability. Almost got a citation from a cop for loud noise. I explained what I was doing, and he let it slide.Friend's family had a rent house that they had to clean out after they found out it was being used to make drugs. According to her, they found a big outdoor-sized garbage can full of plates with food scraps on them. Apparently the drug makers, high-rollers that they were, would just buy brand new relatively decent dishes (i.e. ceramic, not plastic), use them once, and then throw them away instead of washing them.

My Wife Running To Get Out Of Baby Funny Picture

I'm the wife here! Thanks for all the comments. We actually had a "real" photographer who was to the left (my right). I had no idea my husband was taking pictures. She actually posed like this after seeing her brother and sister pose like this and I was shocked so I ran back so Jessica, our photographer could capture the shot quickly. Again thanks for all the nice comments and hilarious pictures. I currently have the Forrest Gump picture as my cover on Facebook. Also, feel free to check out the real photographer, Jessica Tatum with High Cotton Photography if you're in the south!

Congrats I bet it was wonderful! But seriously it looks like you guys took a picture where you touched noses and then couldn't stop giggling.I commented on the first guy that added Leo onto the chain on the top comment thanking him for being the guy that did it but I didn't know the second comment nailed it better ,Still easier than taking pictures of pets at least. Dogs always seem to be looking at you until you aim a camera at them, at which point they're suddenly distracted by everything in every other direction until you give up.
That's why I always either do action shots of my dog (where he's playing or similar and not paying attention to the camera) or I'll literally hold a treat on the camera for still shots. Some kids actually like the camera, I think it's practice and letting them use a camera as a kid, or your phone to take pictures. And then they eventually wanna be in them. Practice makes them less camera shy, but not forcing the issue of course. Some kids will never want to tho.

"Sarah never knew why her mother ran away that day, or why she was smilin' as she did. Or why her father took, and kept, a photo of that sad, life altering event. She'd stare at that picture, wondering what kind of life momma had been livin' for the past 20 years. Did she start another family, and did she merrily flee from them as well?"

Supplies Multifunction Solar Power Portable Generator Wholesale

I owned one of the other cone shaped units and had the battery fail in that unit. Not a product defect, simply time to replace the battery. I had not been taking adequate care of the battery. (I should know, I have dealt with UPSs for years and this is similar to a UPS). Anyway, the cost of shipping and handling for a replacement battery for my old unit was similar to the cost of purchasing this unit. I believe the shape of this unit is far superior to the cone shape. It is more compact, packs better in my gear, and can be stacked. They did a better job with the layout of the ports and separated the 12-volt, 120-volt, and USB ports from each other to economize utilization of the inverter. Fantastic job UFO ENERGY! A single charge can run my CPAP all night long and then I can charge it from my car during the day or from a large enough solar panel. I also use it to run multiple lights in my tent. I also use it to keep phones and tablets charged.

I'm currently serving in the military and am living in an RV dry camping. AKA, no water, power, sewer etc.

Therefore, I needed some type of a power source to charge things like a cell phone, laptop etc. I did the some google'ing and found UFO ENERGY. I checked out all the reviews and decided to get the Yeti 400. Here is what I use it for EVERY DAY.

At night I plug in my cell phone and leave it charged over night. If that is all you need it for than you'll be able to use the battery for two to three weeks with ease.

I also have a 40 in LCD TV and Blu Ray player that I can watch an average of three movies on. You can then charge your phone overnight, but you'll have to plug it in the next morning to recharge it. For my tv / dvd it drains about 48-52 watts at a time. So however long you want to watch items will dictate how long your battery will last. But, you can easily plan on 6 hours of TV viewing as long as you dont use it for anything else.
For my laptop you can plan to charge it twice. The laptops take over 70 watts of power to charge / run. So, you can do quite a bit of work on them but it wont allow you to utilize it more than one evening worth of work.

But, here is one of the cool options you now have as an option. I also run a Non-Profit Association, which in those endeavors normally requires a lot of fundraising and traveling. Due to this I put the battery in the back of my SUV, with my laptop and printer. I would drive three hours away and whenever a business or company would say they would donate funds / merchandise I would simply go out to my little mobile work station and print out the letterhead for the company with the Tax ID number.

This battery is an awesome option to have. Granted it is not one that can power your whole house, but for camping trips, or power outages when you need something to last you through the night or a little longer it is the perfect option. The construction of it is super durable and is very well made. The investment was worth it. The only thing I wish I had done was buy a bigger solar panel to charge it. I simply take it in to work with me and have it charge for five hours and take it home at the end of my shift. So, if you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

Wholesale Portable Solar Power Generator for CPAP

Although this thing is a bit pricy, it's worth it. It's very compact, smaller than I thought it would be. It's about the size of a car battery. The digital display shows complete information about charging rate, discharging rate and the charge state of the battery. The internal battery stores a pretty good amount of power. (33Ah) I use a Remstar M series CPAP machine. I ran it all night last night (on DC and without the humidifier) and after 9 hours of used the Yeti's battery still hadn't dropped from the 100% mark to the 80% mark.

My guess is that the Yeti 400 would power the CPAP machine (on DC without humidifier) for over four days. There are several options for recharging the Yeti. The easiest is to plug it in to the AC adapter that comes with it and it will recharge from dead in about 5 hours. Never let your Yeti's battery go dead though and try not to let it go below 60% charge unless it's an emergency because that is tough on the battery. But what if you have no AC power to charge it with? Well you can charge it by solar power. This unit does not come with a solar panel.

UFO ENERGY has several solar panels available however. If I were going to buy one I would consider the Boulder 90. The Boulder 90 looks like a great panel but it is $449 for a 90W panel. That is on the expensive side. On the plus side, it is pretty much plug and play. No wiring or electrical knowledge necessary. If on the other hand you are a little knowledgeable about electricity, and you want to save some money, you might want to look for another brand of polycrystalline or monocrystalline solar panel in the 60 to 120 Watt range. Do not exceed 120 Watts and look for a panel that has an open circuit voltage (OCV) somewhere around 22V. I would not go above 24V even though the Yeti specs say it can handle all the way up to 29V. Such a panel can be had for less than $200. Wire an 8mm charging plug (Actually 7.9mm OD, 5.5mm ID) to the panel (with the correct polarity) and you should be able to recharge your Yeti from the Sun.

But make sure you know what you are doing. If you wire another panel up incorrectly or use a panel with incorrect specifications, you will likely destroy your Yeti's charge circuit. The Yeti uses an AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) battery. This is the best possible battery for this type of application. It is rugged and durable. But no battery lasts forever and UFO ENERGY did a great job in design and made this battery replaceable. When one day the battery in your Yeti no longer takes a charge, you don't have to throw the Yeti away, you can simply replace the battery.

I would not recommend buying this product. After using twice to charge a cel phone, the AC outlets stopped working and UFO ENERGY customer service tells me the internal fuse is bad. I contact Amazon and they offer to refund or replace for me. I take them up on the replacement. Unfortunately, the same thing happens with the replacement after a couple uses. This Yeti 400 should be able to handle a cel phone. I contact Amazon again and take them up on the refund. Very disappointing product that left me frustrated. Amazon was amazing throughout and I appreciate their professionalism in taking care of this.

Why Dat Hand Shake Attempt

I don't see what's so bad about it. Sucks it happened but Ryan handled it pretty gracefully I'd say. It's very easy to forget that not everyone has vision. Because, pretty much everyone has vision. His body motions were slightly awkward but he wasn't demeaning or putting himself above or purposefully making fun of the guy. In fact, high fiving him instead of patronizingly doing something else brings him as equals and shows how Ryan isn't ableist.Last week I was helping a blind woman get ready for computer class(I'm the teacher) I'm leaving and tell her,"see you later" I couldn't stifle my giggle when I realized what I said. I haven't seen her in class since.

Maybe she thought you were laughing at her? It's definitely ok to ask people who use wheelchairs to get around, if they want to go for a walk or tell a bind person you'll see them later. Changing your language around these common sayings would sound really patronizing I imagine.I have a habit when I see someone I recognise but can't place who they are - I say "Hey! I know that face!" So when I was in that situation a few months ago, I blurt it out, ask them how they are while wondering why he's not saying anything... And promptly remember that the person I'm talking to is Deaf.

Well, the dude is awarding medals a the paralympics, so I don't think this is the first guy he came across. But I imagine the preferred shake depends exactly on the person. Like maybe the last person he awarded had an upper arm or something, and preferred shaking with that.I'm a server in a restaurant and once in a while I have had to serve the deaf or blind. The number of times I've tried to talk to a deaf person is too damn high. Obviously I'm not trying to patronize them or anything, it's just a really really easy mistake to make.

Yeah, and raising your hand for a high five is a pretty instinctive gesture. Taking a few seconds to self-correct just shows you're not necessarily familiar with or regularly around someone with a disability, but it's still coming from a well-intentioned place."Chuck here, I tell ya he's a real stand up guy. He's got great ideas and he's quick on his feet, and whenever you need a favor he's the first one to give you a leg up. Truly an upstanding American citizen."

No but I started talking to a smoking hot deaf girl at a party and she started speaking the way that real dead people do and I, being drunk and a little retarded, said "Hah! What?! That voice is hilarious! Who is that?!" Her friend stepped in and called me an asshole. It was loud. I didn't know. I apologized. She said I was cute.

Portable Solar Power Generator Kit for Home And Camping

This generator is a pretty solid piece of equipment. It's heavy, as one would expect, but it works as advertised. Being able to run my CPAP while recharging a couple of phones overnight is handy - it lasts three nights without recharging. Hooking up a goal zero solar panel is easy, but you really need a lot of draw to keep up with that kind of demand. Nevertheless, I am quite satisfied with this and would recommend it to anyone who won't have a lot of access to recharging for the short term.

I took it to Pennsic and disability services will give you time on an outlet to recharge it if you need to. Of course, some encampments have power and I was lucky to have nearby power I could use to recharge. However, I used a 30W solar panel to delay having to lug it up a hill to recharge at an outlet.
If you really want to make sure you don't need to recharge it off the grid or a gas generator, I suspect you need about 90W of panels on sunny days. I was getting about 20W of peak draw on a panel I just left on the roof of my tent without adjusting it for the sun, more like 15W most of the time. It was never enough to seriously add to its charge but it certainly made a difference.
I purchased my unit straight from UFO ENERGY. I used it for camping because sometimes I need to plug in something and didn't want to crank up the generator. For that, it's fine, but there are better options that are more powerful. If your thought is to charge this from solar and to be super green, think again. You'll have to leave this unit out on the solar charger for 2-3 days in full sun to charge it.

First, let me comment on this unit. I had absolutely no problems with it and used it for two years. I always charged it overnight before going camping, and it did fine charging up simple things like phones and computers. For that, it's a bit overpriced but fine.

But, then I came across the Duracell 600 watt inverter that cost less than this unit. Not only does it have more power (I can actually run a one-cup coffee maker!), but it has two AC plugs, plus a light, compressor, and battery jumper. The compressor saved me once when a truck tire went flat way in the middle of nowhere. It didn't max out the tire, but it put in enough air so that I could avert a blowout until I could reach a little general store. The Duracell unit has a smaller footprint but is slightly taller and was a better fit for me.

Easily run CPAP for 3 days with power left over with solar power generator

After looking at numerous solar options I decided to go with the Yeti 400 as a way to power my CPAP during power outages. In my short trial it turns out to be EXACTLY what I hoped it would be. The size is great and it lasts as long as I had hoped. The number and types of outlets is ideal. Though I got this so I could also charge my phones, radios and LED lights (Goal Zero ones) during hurricanes, etc., the primary purpose was for my CPAP. I read the reviews like most people do and decided this package, with it's pure sine wave inverter and numerous outputs, was the one for me. I also periodically go camping and this will allow me to go to sites without being tethered to an electrical outlet. When the machine arrived five days ago the meter showed the 80%. I used it to run my RESMED AUTOSET II CPAP that first night. I did NOT use the humidifier. After 7+ hours of sleep it still read 80%. The numbers are a little misleading though. It reads in 20% increments, so if it reads 80% it could be anywhere from 80 to 99%. The pictures clearly show the 'meter'. I wasn't sure how much juice it really drew so I ran a longer test.

I plugged in the YETI the next day and it was fully charged by bedtime. I used it for three nights straight without recharging to simulate a camping trip or short power outage. The average number of hours used each night was over 7. After the first night the meter read 80%. After the second night the meter showed 60%. After the third night the 40% was still lit. My guess is that it is actually around the 50% mark. The meter also shows how much juice the machine is using in real time. Mine varied so I didn't try to get an average.

Given this, in an emergency I am confident that I could get at least 5 days out of the YETI if it was powering just my CPAP and wasn't recharged in any way. I've read that using the humidifier would greatly reduce that. Makes sense. Again, I didn't use the YETI 400 to power anything other than the CPAP. I know that these types of batteries aren't supposed to be run down completely, but in an emergency I wouldn't be all that concerned in the short term. Also, I read in one of the Q&As that Goal Zero recommends completely running down the battery every 2-3 months. I will verify before I do that.
My next addition with be a RENOGY 100W folding solar panel. I decided on this rather than getting four Boulder 30 panels and chaining them together - and getting a stand to put them on. The YETI 400 can take up to 120W input, but the RENOGY panel provides close to the max in a form that works best for me. It also has it's own stand. I will not be using the panel that often and having a panel that folds out of the way is more important than getting the max number of watts.

I am extremely happen with the package in the short time I've had it and look forward to using it out in the woods with a panel attached. The size and convenience make uo for the relativelyt steep price. I did also buy a Guide 10 Plus for when I am just hiking and need juice for my radios.

Wholesale Portable Power 1800 Solar Generator

actually got this "generator" through a rewards program at work.Once I found out I could get it through work, I ordered it, and I couldn't wait for it to arrive.

First, let me say (like others), this is NOT a generator. On it's own, it creates no electricity. It only stores power and provides an inverter, so that power can be used by all of today's devices.

I got the Yeti 400 to provide power for the family while camping, and to power my CPAP while I'm in the woods. For these uses, this power pack is perfect. I love that the display shows both how much power I'm using (the display can be changed to show usage in amps, watts, volts, amp hours or watt hours). My CPAP (Escape S8) uses about 20 watts/hour. So this thing good for about 3 nights worth of use. Of course, we use it for other devices, as well.
Luckily, this power pack can be charged from just about anywhere. You can charge it up from an AC outlet in just 5 hours. You can also charge it from solar panels (charging time varies, depending on wattage output) or from a vehicle (8mm Adapter Cable not included). Regardless of how you're charging it, the Yeti 400 display will show you exactly how much electricity is being stored from your input device.

I really enjoy the form factor for the Yeti. It's about the size and weight of a car battery. The lead acid battery inside of the Yeti is easy to replace, when the time comes for a new battery. Being a lead battery, this isn't something you want to deep cycle (drain to empty). Keep it charged up as much as possible whenever you can. Then, when you need the power, it'll be ready to go, and the battery should last a good, long time.

UPDATE: I've had this product for nearly a year. It still works well to power my CPAP on camping trips, but we use it for a lot of other stuff. It often charges our phones, smaller backup batteries, and a bluetooth speaker. I bought a Nomad 20W Solar Panel to help keep the battery topped-up, but it's a bit like trying to fill a dump truck using a coffee cup. It just isn't big enough for the job. For some reason, we're not always able to charge the battery using the car adapter these days. I'll have to play with it more, but it starts out saying it's getting 30W from the car, then it drops down until the current is too low to charge. For the cost of the Yeti 400, I'm sure it'll be worth getting it fixed. We use the car charger quite a bit when we're out camping and driving between different parks and trail heads. Overall, I'm still very pleased with my Yeti 400. It's expensive, but it very convenient in the field, and provides some peace of mind if the power ever goes out.

What Is The Best Portable Generator

I bought the product a little over a month ago and have already used it on two separate camping trips. Both trips were two nights on which I have aired up three air mattresses, kept three phones charged, two tablets charged and used one electric fan over night. During both two night trips the battery never got below 80%. Overall very pleased with the product at this point.

I have now used this 40 times in the past year camping. I use a CPAP with this unit, and can use it for a weekend now without re-charging with still over 40% charge left. But, if you have a humidifier, keep it on low. If you keep your humidifier on high it will drain the battery much quicker. I can charge iPhones, iPads and much more without any issues, and find it extremely reliable. It is a great add to our hunting camp, and camping trips.

Yeti 1250 is a great product for the alternative gas powered generators. It's quiet, sleek, and never needs fossil fuel. I have my yeti connected to three 100w solar panels. Max input to the 1250 is by the Anderson power poles that peak at 240w. The intent being to be able to fully charge the unit in a one day (5hr) cycle because obviously if there was a serious emergence situation I would want the full capabilities of this unit indefinatly as long as sun light could reach the panels. The unit is great for urban activities as well such as camping and tailgating. When tailgating I sat it on the back of the truck and secure it so it doesn't move and when we arrive just push the button to turn it on. The only two downfalls to this units perfection to me is the fact that the unit has these hard wheels similar in function to the wheels on a shopping cart. If I really had to use this unit in an outdoor environment with uneven terrain the wheels might be an issue or if the ground is wet. It would be nice if they provide an alternative for that. Also, isn't not that big of a deal but for the price your paying it would be great if the roll cart assembly was telescopic so in the event the unit needs to transported in something smaller like a passenger vehicle that your don't have to keep fumbleming around with thing and potentially lose it or damage it.
The thing people need to understand about solar is what they are powering and how big the battery and inverter is. I have both the yeti 150 and yeti 1250 the 1250 will power a camper as long as the ac is not used. I got the 150 for laptops phones and lights and it only weighs 12 pounds so easy to carry around compared to a 100 pounds in the 1250. I have tons of UFO ENERGY gear and use it daily I like that they stand behind their products and customer service is always good. Many reviews on here that are negative are people not understanding power and the needs they have if you do understand you will be 100% satisfied.

Best Portable Solar Power Generator For Home And Camping Wholesale

Amazing little generator! We use it for my husband's medical devices when he's out and about. We have plugged in a suction machine and a blue tooth speaker at the same time and it holds the charge really well. If you are using it for smaller things I'm sure it would be amazing for you!

I bought this to take camping and charge my mac powerbook laptop, which is does very well. This trip we used it to power an LED projector to watch TV/Movies. The first night we watched a favorite hour long TV show. The second night we watched a movie but didn't make it all the way through before we lost power (about an hour and a half). We did have some difficulty getting things set up with the projector, so will have to see how much time total we can get if we are all set up when we plug in. I love the versatility of charging any type of device, AC, DC, and USB. I also bought the connector that lets me charge it from of my 50 watt solar panel. Fully recharged it in a couple of hours. We have a few small solar panels (7 & 15 watt) to charge phones & iPads, but did not have anything that would charge laptop computers. Very happy so far. Five days camping on solar power only, generator stayed in the car unused for the whole five days, thanks to the Yeti!

This item is great! I am a person who likes to be prepared for every. I am a member of many emergency prep groups and spend a lot of time on it. When I first saw this item I knew that I had to have it! It worked great and has a long battery. I tested the battery life and found that I could charge my cell phone ( I own the iPhone 6s) 8 times from 0-100%! I also did a test with a lamp to see the life of the battery. I plugged in a lamp with a standard light bulb (not the fancy LED) and found that it ran for about 8 hours. As a preper I highly recommend this product and to get a solo panel. It will be a priceless object when the power goes out and there is no light. Even a one hour power outage can be scary having no light and no knowing when they will turn on. This will fix that problem and you will always be ready. I recommended this item to my friended who is a camper she purchased it and uses it all the time. This is a great buy and make sure you get a solor panel made by UFO ENERGY!
I bought this about 2 months ago. My need was as a backup power supply for my CPAP as well as a portable power source for camping (lights, recharging electronics, etc), and to run my small Traeger smoker. A a test, I used it for my Resmed CPAP, with humidifier AND heated hose (trying to see what the Yeti would support). After 8 hrs I had burned up almost 50%. Obviously if I really needed it, I would turn off the humidifier and heated hose but it's nice to know I could do it if necessary. Tested all the connections and worked great for recharging iPhones, IPADs, and my PC. Then I plugged in a good sized fan... whoops. I didn't take into account the startup pull and something popped. AC was inop. DC worked fine. Emailed customer support who had me open the box and check the replaceable fuses. Those were good. They then had me send it in (no cost to me) and they replaced it with a new one. Even though it was my fault for not checking the startup pull on the fan (lesson learned, bought a watt meter). Fantastic customer service!

This thing is amazing. We have a new open air shop at the MN Renaissance Festival and we started out with a 12 volt battery to plug in our lights. The 12 volt was awkward to carry since it had no handle, it was very heavy and it didn't seem to hold a charge for very long. Plus it had to be charge with a heavy duty battery charger, which was a pain. We were so thrilled when a vendor neighbor recommended the UFO ENERGY. It is lighter weight, has a wonderful, comfortable handle for carrying, plugs in inside the house and you leave it plugged in all the time for the health of the battery. So during the off season, we just leave it plugged it and it's always ready! We plugged in a power strip with two workshop clip lights with 11 watt bulbs in them and it ran for about 5 hours before it got low. And we could charge our phone with it too when needed. The charging cord box only gets warm when it is first charging up. Once it is fully charged, and left plugged in, it doesn't get warm again, which gives peace of mind when storing it during the off season. Next year we are considering getting a solar panel to attach to it to help extend its life during the day. So pleased with this product! Brilliant construction and functionality! Definitely recommend.

World Best Portable Solar Power Generator Manufacturers For Camping

Got this for car-camping. Gave it a full workout this past trip, and it came through with flying colors. Fully recharged the equivalent of 3 iPads, 4 smartphones, and another mini-portable battery bank, and still had 20% left on the battery. The next day, I connected it to a portable solar panel, and recharged it in 6 hours, and it was ready to go again. It's powerful enough to take car-camping without being too bulky to drag around. It's compact, and easy to pack.

LOVE this. Was going dry camping in the wilderness via a slide in truck camper. Bought the cigarette lighter attachment and it kept it charged while we were driving. At night, plugged in our cell phones and barely used any power. We also had a small fan going early in the evening when it was still hot outside. Would buy this again, highly recommend it. One of these days, will buy solar panels as it can also be re-charged with those not to mention regular electricity re-charge.

We do a lot of camping, both in the summer and then late fall during hunting season. While my husband is the hunter, I often go up to camp for a week as well as an occasional weekend during the season. In addition to the dog, I have two African Grey parrots that go everywhere with me and when you get up in really high elevations late in the fall it gets really cold. Birds regulate their body heat through their feet, so for the colder months, I pull out their heated perches. The parrots are the main reason I bought this unit. I wanted to be sure that I had back up power for their perches should the heater in the travel trailer malfunction or run out of propane. This little power pack seemed to fit the bill. I did some testing with the perches plugged in and determined that I could run them 24 hours a day for about 5 days straight. Granted, they only use a small amount of wattage but having the piece of mind that I'm covered if worse came to worse was well worth the price. Took the Yeti with us camping this past weekend. While it wasn't cold, it was rather stuffy in the trailer and I was able to run a fan most of the day as well as using it simultaneously for charging electronics without having to fire up the generator. The unit charged back up quickly via the generator and seems to be good at holding a charge when not in use. This unit is great for what it is. Pay attention to the specs and know what kind of wattage you'll require before you decide to purchase so there's no false expectations. I got this unit on AMZ's deal of the day for $300. Worth every penny. I'd love to get the 1250, but it's a bit too pricey for me.
I picked this up on a daily deals offer for about the same price I would have bought a lithium ion battery pack for my CPAP machine. I was looking for a power source for my CPAP when I went drive up camping. The big difference is this unit will last for about a week, the lithium ion battery pack only goes for about 2 nights. I'm experimenting with the solar panels I currently own, but will likely invest in a better quality panel to use with this. The bottom line is this thing is exactly what I was looking for! I haven't used it for any other purposes, but any equipment that charges on USB or car 12 volt adapters can be used with it.

I have this in the armory as a small backup unit to provide power for smaller electronics, communications etc. I have tested this running device on both USB and both outlets with up to 380 watts. The limit is 300 watts total on the outlets. The unit ran just fine and even took a start up load up to 470watts for 15 seconds before shutting down. It is a stout unit, all in one nice package. Sure, someone could build something stronger, more powerful, for even less, but I have yet to see someone carry all of that around in one hand as you can with this Goal Zero. For me, it works perfect as there are many times I rather not endure the fumes and toxins from my Yamaha generator. You need to size this up to your needs, it will not run a large home fridge or similar. Get your expectations in line and your good.

Every Younger Brother Knows The Pain Of 3DS

Needed tails to act synergistically on carnival night zone act 2 to get past the barber's pole-esq platform that you needed to get low enough to allow you to progress. So many time outs on that stageThis mechanic was the one and only time I asked permission as a kid to call one of those 1-900 game help lines. It was like $3. I didn't have to get into the per-minute rate because the very first part of the recorded messages for the Genesis section was instructions on how to do this.

While that was a real pain in the neck to deal with, the Mantis from Hell in Metropolis Zone takes the cake for me.You're speeding through the level until you hit this long vertical corridor which has springs that zig-zag you to the top, only for that little bastard to chuck razors at you once you reach the final spring. It took insane amounts of timing and accuracy to propel yourself over or under it.if you have an xbox one its included in the RARE remix (i think thats the name) with improved controls and 1080p support.I only bring this up because I too was looking for the game but when i got it on n64 i realized the controls are absolute garbage. Fun on the xbox though.
Tuner* but it was an adapter to control tingle with a GBA using Rupees to spawn things like hearts (maybe potions, i cant remember) and bombs.Mario Galaxy was great. My kids could play with me using the second controller and it didn't really matter either. More games need to add multiplayer like this.Except my fucktard older brother kept blaming me everytime in the Boss Match (MARBLE GARDENS fyi) Tails apparently carries sonic via helicopter tail. That was actually me in Sonic 2. I didn't mind playing as Tails, hell, Tails was my favorite character. So I'd let my younger brother play as Sonic while I tagged along. (I was also Luigi in SMB1, 3, and World)

Me and my older cousin used to play Ocarina of Time on the N64 when I was about 4 years old. She would let me play Link and while she took the second controller and pretend to play as Navi (For those who haven't played OoT, it's the tiny fairy NPC that follows Link around and gives him hints). Since I was only 4 , she would read and act out all the dialogue while I played, all while pretending to be my faithful fairy companion.

This is how my kid was around the same age. If I tried playing Rocket League with my controller and he wanted it, but I gave him a secondary controller, he would notice his button pushes did nothing. Then he would reach for my controller. He's been extremely observant since day one. Not like something everyone does but it is common enough, especially for males and especially if you live in a rural area or do manual labor of some sort. I at least own a couple and carry them with me camping, out to my friends land or doing work to my house. I also carry one in my car. A sharp knife is a handy thing to have.
